Lights
After the describing the overall condition of the bus your focus turns to the front. Start with the lights. Working from the top down you can address them individually, or as a group. For example:

“Starting at the top of the bus there are three clearance lights, the 8-way student lights, the headlights, the turn signals and hazard lights. Each of these is Firmly Attached, Clean and Clear, not Cracked Or Broken, and they are all the Proper Color.
